We offer free exchange if the size is incorrect. The item can be returned for a store credit or exchanged for your preferred size. Please email us at contact@belluccio.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods with your request. 

We accept returns for faulty goods.  You are entitled to a full refund or an exchange, should you receive a faulty item. An email must be sent to the BELLUCCIO’s customer care team (contact@belluccio.com.au) advising discovery of the fault and all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item; due to the nature of the garments being delicate and specialised. The garment cannot be returned after this 14 day grace period. This time will be determine based on your tracking information. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items and for change of mind.

Returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as custom made gowns, special measurement gowns, rush delivery gowns or discontinued gowns are not accepted.

Transportation cost of the return is not assumed by BELLUCCIO.
