Covid 19 Update
Due to the Corona Virus, we currently are not accepting any returns between 01/03/2020 and 01/01/2021. The regular returns policy does not apply to items purchased during this period.
Orders can be returned back to us for store credit, for items that were purchased at full price. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item within 5 days of receipt of goods with your request. Your item will need to be in the original condition with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained in its original packing. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
We accept returns and refunds for faulty goods. You are entitled to a full refund or an exchange, should you receive a faulty item. An email must be sent to our customer care team along with photos detailing the fault (email@example.com). Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item.
Please note we do not accept returns for items purchased on sale. All SALE transactions are final so please ensure the size and colour are correct at the time of placing your order, as we will not accept any returns on items purchased on sale.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or for shipping delays.
